Ingredients:

2 pounds. boneless chicken leg/thigh pieces.
1 tablespoon. garlic & ginger paste

1 green chilly
sprinkle of salt
pepper to taste
Mayonnaise
bread slices

Preparation:

In small saucepan, put chicken in and add water until all chicken is covered. Add ginger & garlic paste, little salt and sliced chilly. Boil on med. heat until water evaporates or until chicken is completely done. When done, throw away chilly and shred chicken into big bowl. Add few tablespoon. of mayonnaise and black pepper to taste. Mix until smooth paste. Spread on bread slices and serve as snack or meal.
