Allah Almighty has made piety a condition for preference and non-submission by saying,
And where he said (if you are righteous) between two stop marks, if you read the verse and stop after (if you are righteous) it becomes a condition of preference, and if it starts from (if you are righteous) it becomes a condition of non-submission in saying.
