RoHS Certification in Pune -The RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous compounds) Certification is a worldwide standard that regulates the use of hazardous compounds in electronic and electrical equipment, not just in Pune, as of my most recent knowledge update in January 2022. Pune complies with RoHS requirements as stated by the Indian government, as it is a part of India.
Goal: In order to reduce the negative effects on the environment and safeguard public health, RoHS attempts to limit the use of specific hazardous materials in the production of electrical and electronic devices.
Prohibited Chemicals: Lead, mercury, cadmium, hexavalent chromium, polybrominated biphenyls (PBB), and polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDE) are among the materials that are prohibited by RoHS.
Procedure for Compliance: Businesses who produce electronics must make sure that the RoHS requirements are followed by their products. This entails determining whether banned compounds are present in the materials, manufacturing procedures, and supply chains.
