I am a weekend warrior and have only ridden this bike on trips away
from the city, where it excels as a fast easy to ride cruiser with
under-seat room for the thermos of coffee, carrot cake, changes of
clothes and the obligatory purchase of wine and condiments. There are
extra compartments for sunglasses, phones and other life necessities.
There is a 12v charger outlet so the iphone and the GPS are always
charged. Add a bluetooth Scala G9 to your helmet and you are fully wired
for communication, phone, sound and directions!
The bike has one of the most comfortable seating positions in the
business combined with an adjustable backrest and footrests rather than
footpegs.
The bike has heated handgrips that are more beneficial than some
might think. If my hands are warm then so is the rest of me, especially
on chilly trips through Bathurst and Bowral. The full fairing and
windscreen also keep the wind chill factor to a minimum. On coffee
stops, I have had other riders get off their chrome plated ego machines,
come over to hold my heated handgrips for a few minutes to regain
feeling in their fingers and then drink my hot coffee J.
