I've just bought a supermoto so my trusty Ninja needs to go.
Let me be clear... mechanically, there is nothing wrong with this
bike. In fact I've tuned / modified it to peform significantly BETTER
than the stock bike by adding a braided brake line on the front,
upgraded brake pads, an aftermarket Musarri exhaust, it has near new
Pirelli Sport Demons front and rear, and the clincher, I've replaced the
rear shock with an older (softer) spring so the bike handles way better
than stock. I know that sounds **** to most people but the stock bike is
way too stiff and handles badly on rough surfaces (any typical sydney
street). My bike just eats it up and holds it's line beautifully through
corners.

Ok cosmetically there are a couple of things. The fairings are
cracked in a couple of places from drops. They are holding together at
the moment with the wonders of duct tape but if you spend $400 on an
aftermarket set and a weekend fitting them you've just saved yourself a
whole heap of money on any other Ninja 250 out there.
