For sale is my 1993 KLX650c motard. It is the hard to get electric start "C" version, not the kick start "R" version.
The motard conversion is 90% finished, just needs a few things to be tidied up.
The bike is quick and easy to throw around corners. It has the following items done:
17" motard rims front and rear, laced with extra heavy duty spokes.
Good tyre tread front and rear
Large front rotor.
New HH rated brake pads front and rear.
Braided rear brake line (have the front one to put on with an R1 Master cylinder).
Brake fluids flushed.
New rear brake fluid reservoir will be supplied as the old one is slightly sun-affected.
R1 on/off/start switch
Small indicators
Long range tank (original one currently on it - see last two photos)
New foam air filter
Wiring has been inspected and any **** connections rectified
New battery
Will come with Aluminium bash plate
"R" version rear spring, shock and dog bones installed (original "C" version supplied)
New swing arm bushes and bearings
New chain and front and rear sprockets
New chain slider
Will come with a motard front fender (black)
Has a brand new KOSO aftermarket instrument panel - currently hooked
up to speedo cable with adaptor, but playing up - requires magnet to be
installed in front rotor and induction sensor mounted (supplied).
Barret exhaust - great sound
Rear rack installed
