1998 Kawasaki ZX-9R, C1 model. 900cc.
This motorcycle is in excellent condition. I bought it unregistered
about 18 months ago, and fixed a number of things (new original style
indicators, new battery, new tyres, new fork seals & replaced fork
oil, checked valve clearances and installed new set of spark plugs, new
set of coolant hoses, etc.). Then I got it registered and have been
commuting and weekend riding on it for the last 14 months without a
single problem.
There is nothing to fix on this motorcycle; everything is up to
scratch. It has plenty of registration, plenty
of rubber on the tyres, chain and sprockets are fine. It handles like a
dream and is powerful, fast and competent, both around town and on the
open road. You will not have to do anything to this motorcycle; just
purchase and ride. It is totally original except for the aftermarket
Micron muffler and the rearset footpegs.
