Ctrldoc creates software as a service for the construction industry that has been running since 2017. The software solutions all focus on specific tasks in the construction industry that require quality assurance and approval processes. In the first couple of years the products were being developed, and since launching the products have grown steadily in the last 2-3 years with now over 200 active users and over 400 in total.
The business has been growing organically through word of mouth and through customers interacting across other projects/developers/contractors which has allowed for people to be introduced to the product.
Ctrldoc is based in Melbourne, with customers all over Australia. One of the most popular locations for the products and services is NSW, but this is largely because of their policies for the construction/building industries, which we are likely to see spread across Australia.
