Selling our sofa bought from Fantastic Furniture for retail price of $990. It needs to go immediately and willing to negotiate. We are a clean family, do not smoke and no pets. Have kept this couch in excellent condition and cushion is still firm. This is actually a 3.5 seater and can fit 4 people as it is wide. Good quality polyester blend that does not absorb smell and keeps its form. Legs come off easily just twist, so it will be easy to transport.
