I am looking to upgrade to a 450, and will consider any late model 450
in good condition. I have money to spend to go along with my bike, and
am willing to travel to do the trade. Anyone who owns a 450 and thinks
its too much bike for them and is considering going back to a 250F, this
is a great opportunity to get on to a 250F that is in great condition
This is my 2008 model YZ250F. I bought this bike in 2011 from the
gentleman who bought it brand new, and it had 40 hours on it when I
purchased it. I have put a bunch of aftermarket goodies on it, and due
to working away and a couple of injuries I have had, have only put 13
hours ride time on it since then. It has a full Pro Circuit T4R exhaust
system, Pro Circuit clutch cover, Pro Circuit engine plug kit, Works
Connection skid plate, Works connection water pump guard, works
connection clutch perch, RG3 22.5mm offset triple clamps (which were
only just fitted, and I fitted brand new headset bearings at the same
time), Hammerhead gear lever, hammerhead case saver, Renthal sprockets,
RK MXU chain, Boyesen Quickshot Accelerator Pump cover, TM Designworks
chain slider, and chain guide (which last forever), hi-comp Cosworth
piston kit, and a set of hotcams. Bike will come with a brand new rear
tyre fitted, and I will purchase a new set of plastics if the buyer
wants. I have all the original parts for this bike, as well as a whole
bunch of other spares that I will throw in. I am always meticulous with
my maintenance, and replaced the air filter after ever ride, and oil and
oil filter every two rides. I greased the linkage and swingarm bearings
when I purchased this bike, and cleaned and regreased them again before
riding the bike again just over a month ago.
