Engine Yamaha Aerox 2002 YQ100 for sale, Air Cooled. Sold with; Malossi
big bore 122cc cylinder, the piston seized along the four mounting
bolts (been over tuned) not major but needs; a malossi 1st oversize
122cc piston/rings/top end gaskets (sold as a kit) & a rebore approx
$200 cost, cylinder has porting & the exhaust port has been matched
th the derestricted Leo Vince ZX 100 exhaust pipe. Cylinder head has
been milled & matched to the 122cc cylinder. All the following is
under 500kms; Genuine Yamaha Crankshaft, main end bearings/seals,
genuine Yamaha primary transmission gear (maximises torque), rebuilt
gearbox seals/bearings, Malossi variator, Prodigy 3 way adjustable
torque driver, Naraku stall converter racing clutch, 3 drive belts, plus
spares-Malossi torque driver, Malossi MHR adjustable 112mm racing
clutch, box of 19x15 Malossi variator light to heavy rollers($200 plus
worth), clutch bell 112mm has a stress crack in it, 22mm delorto oval
carburettor- the choke is damaged, stage 6 2 petal reed valve, Malossi
22mm reed boot, genuine Yamaha replaced cooling fan, air induction
intake scoop, 100 airbox, engine has no oil injection-premix only, the
starter motor has been removed-kick start only. The engine comes with
the 100 wiring loom/dash/CDI plus a unrestricted advanced CDI, if you
need to use the loom the regulator/rectifer needs replacing, has the
rear wheel, rear drum brake with cable/handle bar lever, 100 shock,
engine centre stand, transmission cover has been ported/vented to help
the clutch cooling, makes approx 15HP, torque is excellent. The crank
alone cost me $550. Out of interest this engine would bolt straight on
to a Yamaha Aerox YQ50 Frame. Sell all in photos the lot $450. Genuine
