The National Testing Agency (NTA) administers the Central Teacher Entrance Test (CTET), a national level entrance exam, to select qualified applicants for teaching positions in all Central Government Schools. The CTET Exam used to be administered by CBSE. This paper is divided into two levels. Those who pass paper I will be eligible to teach classes I through V, and those who pass paper II will be eligible to teach classes VI through VIII. This year, on July 7, 2023, the exam will be held.
