Qualified Telecaller Impress Financial services Job Description The Telecaller will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers to promote banking products and services, generate leads, and achieve sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a customer-focused approach.
Responsibilities Introduce and market a range of banking products and services (such as loans, credit cards, accounts, and investments) by making outbound calls to both current and potential clients. Clearly and accurately explain the features, benefits, and terms of the products. Respond to customer enquiries and offer pertinent information. Create leads and arrange follow-up calls or meetings to enhance sales conversion. Meet predetermined sales goals and support team objectives.
Skills: Proven experience as a Telecaller or in a sales/customer service role, preferably in the financial services sector. Excellent verbal communication skills in the local language Tamil and a good English. Strong persuasive and negotiation skills. Ability to understand customer needs and provide relevant solutions.
