Job Description: Ensure operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements on motors, pneumatic tools, and production machines Data recording Create and maintain appropriate documents Create, modify, and implement PM documents, schedules, and activities under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor Knowledge of electrostatic, paint gun repairs and all spray application equipment and paint booth equipment Role has taken paint shop maintenance Planning and under taking Preventive maintenance. Over all paint shop Equipment daily check and monitoring. Performs start-up, process verification, troubleshooting and root cause analysis of any issues related to painting process processes or the associated equipment
