Oversee Quality Assurance QA Incharge Essential Job Description To join our vibrant production team, we are looking for a QA Incharge with a lot of expertise and drive. As QA Incharge, you will be in charge of managing all facets of quality control and spearheading efforts for continual improvement in order to guarantee the reliable manufacturing of high-quality injection moulded parts.
What you will do: Oversee and direct all quality control procedures, including as inspections of incoming materials, processes, and finished goods. Establish and uphold efficient methods and processes for quality control. Oversee and take part in ongoing improvement initiatives, such as applying Six Sigma, lean manufacturing, and other quality improvement techniques. Take charge of and guide a group of quality control inspectors.
What we need: strong knowledge of the methods, tools, and principles of quality assurance. expertise in putting quality management systems into place and keeping them running. thorough knowledge of the materials, equipment, and process parameters used in injection moulding operations. Excellent supervisory and leadership abilities with the capacity to inspire and guide a group of people.
