Responsibilities Lead and supervise all quality control activities, including incoming material inspection, in-process inspection, and final product inspection. Implement and maintain effective quality control systems and procedures. Lead and participate in continuous improvement projects, such as implementing lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, and other quality improvement methodologies. Analyze production processes and identify areas for improvement in efficiency, quality, and yield.
Skills: Strong understanding of quality assurance principles, methodologies, and tools. Experience in implementing and maintaining quality management systems. In-depth understanding of injection molding processes, including materials, tooling, and process parameters. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
