Professional Store Incharge Timely Hiring Job Description To supervise the effective and precise management of all inventory within our manufacturing facilities, we are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Store Incharge. Leading and overseeing shop employees, making sure inventory levels are ideal, and keeping a secure and productive warehouse environment are all part of your duties as store in charge.
Requirements: Oversee all aspects of the inventory lifecycle, including material receipt, storage, issuance, and disposal. Keep an eye on stock levels, spot possible shortages, and work with procurement to ensure prompt restocking. Oversee and assist store employees with their daily responsibilities, such as receiving, storing, and distributing supplies. Preserve a safe, orderly, and clean warehouse atmosphere. Verify the incoming materials' quality by performing examinations and spotting any flaws or inconsistencies.
Skills: strong familiarity with the concepts and procedures of inventory management, such as cycle counting, ABC analysis, and FIFO/LIFO. shown supervisory and leadership abilities with the capacity to inspire and guide a group of people. Outstanding interpersonal, coaching, and communication abilities. strong dedication to worker safety and safety awareness.
