Immediate Opening for CNC Programmer Job Description We are looking to add a highly skilled and driven CNC programmer to our team. By converting engineering drawings into executable code for our CNC machines, CNC programmers will be instrumental in promoting production quality and efficiency.
Requirements: Create and improve CNC programs by analysing technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications with CAD/CAM software. Convert intricate drawings for CNC machines (such as mills, lathes, and routers) into G-code or other computer languages. Choose the right cutting tools, feeds, and speeds to achieve the best machining results. CNC programs should be simulated and optimised to guarantee maximum efficiency, cut down on waste, and shorten cycle times.
Skills: thorough understanding of the use of CNC programming languages (such as G-code and M-code). CAD/CAM software package proficiency (e.g., Mastercam, Fusion 360, SolidCAM). strong familiarity with materials, tools, and machining procedures. Proficiency in deciphering intricate technical drawings and specifications.
