Skills Requirement : Source, screen, and interview potential candidates. Conduct background checks and reference verifications. Prepare and conduct job offers. Investigate and resolve employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions and conflict resolution. Assist with the performance review process, including scheduling reviews, providing support to managers, and tracking employee performance. Experience Requirement : Freshers
Location : Chennai
Working Hours : 8 Hours, Monday to Saturday
