Prominent Manufacturing Team Seeking CNC Programmers Job Description We are looking for a CNC Programmer with experience and attention to detail to join our team. As a CNC programmer, you will be instrumental in turning drawings into reality by developing the instructions that direct CNC machines to produce parts of superior quality.
What you will do: Create CNC programs to manage the motions of CNC machines (such as routers, mills, and lathes) using CAD/CAM software. Analyse 3D models, technical drawings, and blueprints to produce precise and effective CNC programs. Choose the right coolants, feeds, speeds, and cutting tools for the best machining results. CNC programs can be simulated and optimised to reduce cycle times and increase material use.
What we need: strong CAD/CAM software skills (e.g., GibbsCAM, Fusion 360, Mastercam). extensive familiarity with G-code and CNC programming concepts. the capacity to decipher and comprehend engineering plans and drawings. strong ability to analyse and solve problems.
