- Graduates only - Min 1 year of experience into AR calling, medical billing , Hospital billing , claims , - Customer support (international) - 5 days work and 2 days off - 2 way cab provided - Work location - Chennai - Flexible to work in shift ( Night) - Excellent communication oral/written needed
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Hands on experience in collection based process - Should have the capability to bring high resolution rate of working claims - End to End experience required - Follow-up with insurance carriers to check status of outstanding claims - Receive payment information if the claims has been processed Analyze claims in case of rejections - Ensure deliverables adhere to quality standards
