Status: completed (year 2022) Type: 3800 sft,4 BHK apartment Area: Hebbal,
Bangalore, Karnataka This 4-bedroom apartment was designed as a holiday home for one of our
USAbased clients who were looking for a modern, simple, yet elegant house. To
achieve this, we used a color palette of grey, white, and beige tones, with
minimalistic aesthetic elements, clean lines, and splashes of colors and
textures.
The focus of the design was on the living and dining accent wall with
wainscoting, which mixes marble and mirror to create a stunning visual effect.
We carried the same design motive throughout the house, including the corridor
ceiling, which accentuates a custom-made Buddha painting at the far end of the
corridor. Other elements of the home, such as loose furniture pieces,
light-coloured walls, and simple ceiling designs to give the home a visually
spacious feel. The result is a beautiful and elegant modern holiday home that
met the client’s expectations.
