Dubailand is a freehold area and investors and homebuyers can choose from many communities on offer.
Sales prices on average vary from one development to another, but on the whole prices for a studio apartment start from AED 450,000 from AED 600,000 for a one bedroom, AED 900,000 for two bedroom and over AED 1 million for a three bedroom property.
Villas on the other hand vary quite considerably and start from around AED 1.4 million going up to around AED 8 million.
