Rolls-Royce technical reference: TSD 2216. Rolls-Royce Silver Shadow (1) HANDBOOK from 1966. Very unusual USA and CANADA version. (Not a reprint). Condition: VERY GOOD! (almost MINT. So 'fresh', (and clean), inside that I had to use a Coke can to hold the pages open for the photographs as the binding has NOT yet been broken open for normal reading. ).
