Still reluctantly for sale, my vintage and all original 1979 BMW R100T Boxer 'Airhead' 979 CC with original full fairing and panniers.
This bike was first registered in England in 1980, purchased by me from storage in 1995 and used to tour 6000 miles in Europe, then shipped to Hong Kong and registered there. Virtually all mileage has been motorway and expressway cruising.
Bike has been off the road and in storage since 1998 and was shipped to Canada in 2005. As of 6/11/12 bike is registered in Ontario as 'unfit' (needs safety and insurance for plate) but mechanic who worked on it in summer says he will pass it for road safety with new tires (nothing wrong with the ones on it except they are old and have gone hard - mechanic reckons they should be replaced and will 'safety' the bike for plates if done).
