Yamaha YZ-80cc - Kelowna

-Completely refinished from the frame up.The bike was fully disassembled and ever piece on it examined and either refurbished or replaced.

-Motor is bored 2 over, has less than 30 minutes on it. It has been run in a little, jetted and ridden enough to make sure it shifts properly and runs well. .

-Rebuilt front forks

 - Rebuilt rear shock

 - All chassis bearings are new ....suspension linkage, swingarm bearings, shock bearings.
- New chain and sprockets with 2 teeth bigger on final drive sprocket

- Front and rear brake systems completely rebuilt....new master cylinder kits installed, calipers were disassembled, cleaned in a hot tank and re-assembled with new pistons and seals and brake pads.

- Frame, subframe, swingarm, triple clamps and all misc brackets and levers have been refinished
- Many new chassis bolts are new
- refinished rims and hubs
- new wheel bearings front and rear
- new Dunlop Mx51 tires front and back (never been ridden on.)
 - new tubes
