just had it apart again and replaced cam chain,
cam sprocket and clutch lever.

1mm overbore with wiseco piston, so its about 110cc
new piston rings
new flywheel
new exciter coil, rebuilt stator
rebuilt ignition coil
new head gasket
new camshaft
new cam chain
new cam sprocket, and crank sprocket
new head casting
new valves, seals, springs and locks
new clutch release bearing
good used clutch friction plates
new high performance, high tension clutch springs
long retrofitted clutch lever for easy pull
all winderosa new gaskets, and oil seals throughout
new throttle cable..
