I’m not exactly sure how this works, but I plugged it in, and it does power up, and I’m able to change the up and down settings. So it’s being sold “AS IS.”I don’t see a power switch on the unit, so I had to unplug it to turn it off.There is one line to plug in, but I see two plug in ports, and I don’t have another line that plugs into it.Please view pics to get a more accurate idea of item's condition.Sold "AS IS", no returns, so please view pictures and be certain before purchasing this item.
