This position is open to any level of RN, including Residents.

  • Benefits: Full

  • Relocation Assistance Available: Possible for the ideal candidate.

Available Shifts: 

  • 72 hours per pay period/Variable Shift/12-hour work schedule 

  • 72 hours per pay period/Night Shift/12-hour work schedule

  • 48 hours per pay period/Variable Shift/12-hour work schedule

Signing Bonus: 

We are offering up to $15,000 hiring bonus for eligible candidates with at least 12 months of hospital acute care experience and up to a $9,000 Hiring Bonus for eligible external candidates with less than 12 months of hospital acute care experience who meet all conditions for payment. 

Required qualifications:

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.

  • Current Washington Registered Nurse (RN) license

  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) at time of hire. Card must be from the following authorized governing bodies: American Heart Association (AHA) - (BLS Provider), American Red Cross (ARC) - (BLS for Health Care Provider), -or- Military Training Network (MTN) – (BLS Provider) upon hire.

Experience Required for Staff RN:

  • 1 year of Nursing Experience

Experience Required for Fellow RN:

  • 1 year of Nursing experience but new to specialty of hire

Experience Required for Resident RN:

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program and is newly licensed with 12 months of experience or less

Preferred qualifications:

  • National Certification in area of specialty
