On my PG&E "EV-B" plan, charging overnight, this Spark costs about 7 cents/mile. If you don't live out in the country like I do, you will be more efficient, and it may be more like 5 cents/mile. This is the Spark's highest trim level, with leatherette upholstery, heated seats, and DC FAST CHARGING (a CCS port).
