In the first year of Camaro production, 1967 the Indy 500 Pace car was also a Camaro- there just were a lot fewer of them made. Most accepted sites list numbers of around 103 actual Festival and Track cars and about 200 others sent to preferred dealers before and shortly after the race. This is one of those cars. This particular car was sent to New Castle Delaware on April 17th per the NCRS Shipping , they made about 300 of them.
