Gateway Classic Cars of Houston offers this 1966 Ford Mustang for sale. The 1966 Mustang was pretty much a rollover from the last series 65. Minor trim renditions and new grill were all that was done due to the huge success of the 65. This beauty has gone through a well-deserved restoration turning it into the pony we have today. The body appears to have the original panels something that is hard to find on these second year Stangs. The blue paint is clean with some flake thrown in to give it some pop in the sunlight. With the body taken care of it was time to decide the engine and as with the paint it was going to be a little different. The first series Windsor small block V8 221 which bored .030 over seemed to be a great choice.
