The floating bead insulation brick is a heat-insulating refractory product made of floating beads as the main raw material, and the color is dark pink. Floating beads are aluminum silicate glass hollow beads flotated from the fly ash of thermal power plants. It is light in body, thin in wall, hollow, smooth in surface and good in heat insulation.
Using these excellent characteristics of floating beads, light-weight thermal insulation refractory materials with good thermal insulation performance can be manufactured.
The specifications of floating bead insulation bricks are the same as those of normal refractory bricks 230*114*65mm.

Features
Heat preservation and heat insulation:
During the manufacturing process of aerated concrete, tiny pores are formed inside, and these pores form an air layer in the material, which greatly increases the effect of heat preservation and heat insulation.
Sound absorption and sound insulation:
The porous structure of aerated concrete makes the floating bead insulation turn have good sound absorption and sound insulation performance, which can create a high air-tight indoor space for you and provide a quiet and comfortable living environment.
Small shrinkage value:
Due to the use of high-quality river sand and pulverized coal as siliceous materials, the shrinkage value of the float ball insulation rotation is only 0.1-0.5mm/m, and the small shrinkage value of the excellent material ensures that the wall will not crack.
It has better thermal insulation performance for large kilns, and has the advantages of reducing the weight of the kiln, thinning the kiln wall, and changing the kiln structure.
