The impermeable high strength castable is a kind of irregular refractories commonly used in aluminum smelting industry, especially in the electrolytic cell. Its function is to prevent the penetration and erosion of liquid aluminum and electrolyte.The impermeable refractory castable is made of clay clinker as main raw material, calcium aluminate cement and silicon oxide powder as binder and additive.

Application of impermeable castable:
Application of impermeable castable: it is widely used in different parts of lining of power station, boiler, casting furnace, heating furnace, soaking furnace, heat treatment furnace and induction furnace.Seepage control material construction convenient, mainly for the electrolyzer tank bottom instead of firebrick AI2O3 as permeability layers, melting aluminium furnace hearth anti seepage layer (i.e. bricklaying or pouring work layer bottom pouring), to prevent liquid aluminum and the penetration of the electrolyte, erosion, so as to prolong the life of electrolyzer life, at the same time to prevent the electrolyte in refractory insulating layer makes the increase in cell power consumption increasing thermal conductivity.

Standard Packaging and Storage Methods
Packed in 50kg multi-layer paper bags with 105cmX105cm trays and wrapped in strong plastic sheeting.The storage period is recommended not to exceed 6 months.
Keep in a dry place to prevent moisture absorption.
Transportation:
1. Fedex/DHL/UPS TNT as sample.
2. Partial shipment.
3. Designated freight forwarder or negotiable mode of transport.
4. Delivery time: 3 days for ordinary shape samples and 15 days for special shape samples.Delivery within 30 days of shipment.
