Delta Airlines name corrections are allowed to be reissued only once per ticket No change in flight date, fare class, or origin/destination point will be permitted. Also, no change or correction in gender or date of birth will be allowed.
Only minor delta name improvements of up to three characters are allowed.
Changing date of birth and/or gender will be covered under the Delta Name Change Policy(https://flightcancellationpolicy.com/delta-airlines-name-change-policy). Only minor corrections in date of birth will be allowed due to errors committed at the time of booking.
Requests include one improvement per passenger. All other changes to passenger personal information will not be covered under the Delta Change Passenger Name Policy. If the Delta Airlines name correction request has been processed once and further changes are required, the tickets need to be reissued a second time.
