The illustrations will help you identify parts, and the exploded views of mechanical parts can aid you with the assembly or disassembly of some parts of the vehicle; you'll see many illustrations of mechanical parts, but only a few for body parts - Ford did not make well illustrated body parts books pre-WW2.
