I have this atv it has been use on the farm by a girl and was standing since 2008. The carb needs to be cleaned and maybe replace the battery then it is on the go again. It has a kick starter so i don't think a battery is that necessary. I have jump started it with the car and the engine and starter is turning so the motor is still fine. The tires have 80% left. She just grew out of it and stopped riding.
It can be used as parts or you can just clean the carb and have fun with it. It is ideal for a child
