The licensed Certifying Authority NSDL e-Governance Infrastructure Limited (NSDL e-Gov) has announced that it will support the online electronic signature service NSDL eSign.
Holders of Aadhaar can now electronically sign documents with one-time password authentication and biometrics. Meon Technologies is an NSDL eSign Service-affiliated Application Service Provider (ASP). When using the eSign service via web or mobile platforms, they closely follow the CCA rules. People can sign documents including credit card bills, invoices, and e-commerce receipts using Aadhaar-based eSign.
